Counseling for Men

Become a Better Husband, Father, and Man.

Counseling for Men exists to help men deal with and discuss the issues we face, but don’t often talk about. If you’ve ever felt like your therapist didn’t “get it” or couldn’t understand where you’re coming from, this is the place for you. We’ve created the first private practice designed to help you feel like you’re talking about your issues with a buddy while watching the game instead of sitting on a couch talking with therapist. With Counseling for Men, you’ll have a chance to face, address, and change the issues you’re dealing with in a direct, focused, and lasting approach.

What We Do

We practice solutions-focused brief therapy designed to help you identify your issues, build a plan, and create change by focusing on solutions, not problems.

Throughout 8-12 sessions or 2-3 months, you should begin to gain clarity, work towards resolving your issues, and identifying how you can continue with your goals long after therapy ends.

There are clients who choose to remain in therapy for much longer for various reasons. When this happens, we tailor your therapy to your exact needs.

About CFM

Counseling for Men was started in 2018 after various forms of me working with men to help them work through men specific issues, related to fatherhood, marriage, and work/life balance. CFM aims to help men discuss and deal with the issues men are often too afraid or too embarrassed to talk about by tackling them head on.
